Our mission is to provide high quality private home physio treatment across London, helping patients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life, from the comfort of their own homes.

We will come to your home to provide specialist physiotherapy treatment for a full range of conditions, at a reasonable price. We will administer regular treatment sessions in your home or workplace and provide personalised exercise programmes with equipment to help you progress.

We are qualified HCPC registered physiotherapists, with extensive experience treating a full range of physical conditions affecting the whole body, including:

Back pain (upper back and lower back pain)
Knee pain
Hip problems, including injuries and general pain
Foot pain and ankle pain
Shoulder pain
Injury, including physio for sports injuries
Rehab following surgery
Elderly rehabilitation, for example rehab following falls and physio for arthritis

Who are we?

Home physio - Matthew Hair - chartered physiotherapist

Matthew Hair BSc PGDip MCSP

Matt has over 10 years of experience as a Physio. He first started working in the NHS in orthopaedics, neuro rehabilitation and elderly care. Over the last 3 years Matt has specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients and has a particular interest in post-operative rehab, injury prevention and shoulder pain.

Matt enjoys: football, golf, cycling, skiing and running.

Working as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS, Sam has treated thousands of patients and gained expert knowledge of a full range of conditions. His specialist interest areas include rehab post surgery, treating back and shoulder pain and falls prevention rehab.
